Grant Moulton, WMS, CRPS, APMA Financial Advisor, RJFS

Grant is dedicated to helping each client have a solid financial plan in place for pursuing the aspirations they have for their life and family. He also knows that while financial stability is a vital component of a well-balanced life, steadfast relationships are the true foundation.

“My regard for my clients extends beyond just helping them pursue their financial goals,” Grant says. “I take an authentic interest not just in their financial positions, but in their lives and families as well.”

Grant firmly believes that a lifetime of careful planning, saving and investing must also incorporate a strategy to meet challenges and situations that will inevitably arise. Grant serves as the insurance needs professional at Blunt Wealth Services, helping clients with their long-term care*, annuity or other protection planning needs.

Grant knew from a very young age that he wanted to go into a field where he would be able to help people. “My father was a teacher and administrator in public education. Every day as a young boy, I watched him dress in a suit and tie and then go make a difference in many lives. I wanted to do the same,” Grant says. Throughout Grant’s childhood, his father took him to meetings with his financial advisor and Grant was intrigued by all of it. It ignited his passion and his course to becoming a financial advisor had been set.

Grant joined the Blunt Wealth Services team in April 2022, excited to be part of something special that Danielle and the team at Blunt Wealth Services have created. Previously in his career, he was a financial advisor at Belpointe Asset Management and Banner Bank. Earlier, he was a licensed bank manager at Key Bank and a financial advisor at Edward Jones.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in financial economics from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. He also holds the professional designation of Wealth Management Specialist™ and Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist™.

Grant’s passion for helping people goes beyond just his role as a financial advisor. He has served with several disaster relief teams over the years following first responders for major hurricanes in Florida and New Orleans and the earthquake in Haiti. After graduating, he taught a semester at a school for underprivileged children in Mexico.

Grant is originally from Maryland, near the Chesapeake Bay. He moved to Oregon in 2010, living in both the Rogue Valley and Eugene. Today, he lives in Brea, California, with his wife, Nikola, and son, Graham. In their free time, he and his wife love taking walks with their son and watching professional soccer matches and classic western movies. Grant is also an avid reader who enjoys historical nonfiction, biographies and authors that inspire personal and professional development.
